Cook in an oiled skillet until golden and the chicken reaches 165°F internally. Greek Salad 🥗 * Red onion, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers & feta * 1–2 minced garlic cloves * Olive oil, salt & pepper Mix everything together and set aside. Homemade Tzatziki 🥒 * ½ cup Greek yogurt * ½ grated cucumber, squeezed dry * 2 minced garlic cloves, fresh dill * Juice of ½ lemon, drizzle of olive oil, salt & pepper Mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve. Turmeric Garlic Rice 🍚 * 2 cups jasmine rice * 2 tbsp butter * 3–4 minced garlic cloves * Water according to rice package instructions * Turmeric & chicken bouillon, to taste Sauté garlic in melted butter for 30 seconds.
