You are absolutely NOT failing. You are doing your best. Give yourself grace and please remember that on the airplane they tell you to wear the oxygen mask FIRST. It’s crucial to take time for you and be mindful of how you speak to yourself on the bad days. Sending you love and light🙏🏽

I feel such a strong connection to you…. I have been following you for the past few years. I took care of both of my parents, my father had dementia and my mother had cancer. My siblings didn’t live close by and all of it fell on my shoulders. Before they both started any kind of health problems they moved 600 miles to be close to me, because they knew I would be the best one out of 7 that would or could care for them. It’s not easy but I now see it was a gift to be chosen. Peace

I took care of my mom who is schizophrenic for 15years. it was the toughest care giving experience I faced. I lost myself in the process and when I needed my battery recharged no one was there. Don't forget about yourself, even if it's for a 1hr a day, please don't forget to fill your cup ❤️❤️❤️
