My brother has schizoaffective disorder. Is this what it's like even on medicine? He is a completely different person now that he's on medicine. A better one but my heart will ache if he's still having these thoughts.

This is exactly how my episodes are, it’s so frustrating and definitely makes everyday tasks 100x harder, mainly because it’s distracting and I start to believe the voices which leads to paranoia.

my now ex husband has schizophrenia. I begged him to get help. begged him. he left me for another woman. im really trying to be empathetic because I know he suffers real bad mental health issues but says hes just fine. we were together 11 years since i was 14. if you can please make more of these videos to help understand what goes through his head. I don't know how to get him to get help. I hospitalized him twice, he refuses to take medication. but his anxiety, depression, voices are all too much it affects his everyday life.
