Depends on what happened. If they disclosed the risks of his condition and he still chose to play then not necessarily on medical staff if he chose to go against medical advice. Then again, I’m not sure how autonomy works when your an nfl player

The not sleeping part of this story isn't true. He did sleep before the game. It is still insane that he even played the London game but he was not up for 36 hours.

Apparently given the info they had at the time it was actually not that crazy to let him play, but telling him to not go to sleep before the game is total insanity.
