Wether the child had a disability or not , the parent should have control and this is completely unexceptable

similar happened to me, at the park with my 6 yo,3yo and 2 week old. some boy ran over to me made out like he wanted to look at baby and smashed her in the face! mum finally came over and said he was autistic. she should keep hold of her kid if he's violent

I’d have been more angry with his mums lack of action and she would have been dealing with the consequences of her sons actions

Happened to me in Tesco when I was walking with my 3 year old son, he got slapped in the face from a 10 year old!! Parents didn't say anything until I went mad and then they apologised.

When I was out with my oldest when she was maybe a month old, a boy of about 10y just randomly touched her face. He wasn't violent at all, nothing like this, it still made me uncomfortable and I was a bit shocked. His mum? Amazing. She instantly took him away, apologized and then told him off. Quite sternly as well, told him that he never ever is to touch someones baby without permission and Im so grateful to her.

That is clearly psychopathic behaviour. The child ought to be placed with a decent caregiver because his mother isn't it 😳

Absolutely disgusting this woman shouldn’t have that child in public if he behaves like that that poor baby could have been seriously hurt

I don’t think that both mother and son was disabled ,I truly believe is just lack of education and respect 🤦♀️

This is the problem- not the child but the mother!! Parents today think it’s acceptable for others to put up with their child’s problems even though that baby could have been seriously injured- it’s not ok!! Maybe we need to start saying that the parent isn’t fit to parent and the child should be removed from them

Many autistic children often do this kind of behavior.
