i am 94kg moving like this on the floor, and half the guys in the gym can't even touch their toes without groaning you spend years lifting heavy, packing on size, looking dangerous in a t-shirt, but the second you have to get down on the ground, your knees crack, your lower back aches, and you move like a stiff board looking strong means nothing if your body is completely useless the second you step away from a barbell start getting on the floor, open up your hips, move in different directions, and stop letting your muscle become a prison once you feel truly capable in your own body, it changes the way you experience life dm “MOVES” if you actually want to fix how you move
