Solo un detalle, pusiste la escritura hebrea del número 1 en su forma masculina. Ahí dice Ejad. y es אַחַת (Ajat) En su forma Femenina. En la fonética esta bien dicho, pero en la escritura esta mal.

Most people mess up peak week before a 70.3. They either: • Smash one last “epic” session and dig a hole • Or taper too early and feel flat on race day If you’re 7–10 days out, these are 3 key sessions on @Stamina you want to hit before you freshen up (with nuance: everyone has different bodies & fitness levels, this is what works for me). 1️⃣ Swim: Race Prep Set (20 x 100) Example: 3,000m total Main set around projected race effort Finish with a few faster 100s Why this matters: This is about locking in feel, not building fitness. At this point, you’re not getting fitter aerobically. You’re sharpening coordination, pacing accuracy, and confidence. 20 x 100 at controlled race effort does three things: • Dials in sustainable race rhythm • Reinforces efficiency at goal pace • Teaches you what “slightly uncomfortable but steady” actually feels like Finishing with a few faster reps wakes up neuromuscular speed without creating deep fatigue. Adaptation: Neuromuscular sharpening + pace calibration. You leave the pool thinking: “I know exactly how race pace feels.” That reduces panic and overpacing on race morning. — 2️⃣ Bike: 4h Long Ride with Back-Loaded Intervals (4 x 15’) Example: First 2–2.5h steady aerobic Last hour: 4 x 15’ at 70.3 effort Why this matters: This is your final durability check. In a half Ironman, the race really starts late in the bike. The athletes who can hold power when glycogen is lower are the ones who run well. By placing the intervals at the end, you’re training: • Fatigue resistance • Pacing discipline early • Ability to produce race power when tired You also rehearse fueling. If you can’t hit power in the last 15-minute block, it’s usually nutrition or pacing. Adaptation: Peripheral fatigue resistance + substrate management under load. This session builds confidence that you won’t implode at km 70–80. After this ride, you don’t need another big one. You’ve proven durability. — 3️⃣ Run: 35 min Off-the-Bike Steady → Fast Finish Example: Bike → quick transition 25 min steady (controlled) Last 10 min strong but smooth Why this matters: The first 2–3 km of a 70.3 run feel awful for almost everyone. This session teaches your body to: • Normalize the “jello legs” sensation • Find rhythm quickly • Shift gears late without spiking effort The fast finish isn’t about speed. It’s about changing gears while fatigued without losing form. Adaptation: Neuromuscular coordination under bike fatigue + race-specific pacing control. You learn how long it takes for your legs to come around. That’s huge on race day because you won’t panic. Big picture: Peak week is about specificity and confidence, not hero fitness gains. You want: • One swim that locks in pace • One bike that proves durability • One brick that rehearses the run feeling Then you taper. If you nail these three, you go into race week knowing: You can swim controlled. You can hold power late. You can run steady off the bike. That’s the whole game in a 70.3. #triathlon #triathlontraining #joinstamina #ironmantraining
