@christopherhopkins1: Steakhouse Garlic Butter Beef Tips over Cheesy Parmesan Fettuccine Ingredients: 1 1/2 lbs sirloin steak, cut into thick bite-size strips 12 oz fettuccine pasta 1 tbsp olive oil 3 tbsp unsalted butter, divided 5 cloves garlic, minced and divided 1 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp smoked paprika 3/4 tsp salt, divided 1/2 tsp black pepper 1 cup heavy whipping cream 1/2 cup low-sodium beef broth 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup reserved pasta water, as needed 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped Directions: 1. Cook the fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water before draining. 2. Pat the steak strips dry and season with garlic powder, smoked paprika, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and black pepper. 3. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the steak in a single layer, working in batches if needed. 4. Sear for 2 to 3 minutes per side, depending on thickness, until nicely browned. Reduce the heat slightly and add 1 tablespoon butter and 3 minced garlic cloves during the final 30 seconds. 5. Cook the steak to 145°F internally, then transfer to a plate and let rest for at least 3 minutes. 6. In a separate frying pan, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons butter over medium-low heat. Add the remaining 2 minced garlic cloves and cook for 30 seconds. 7. Pour in the beef broth and heavy cream. Add the remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt and simmer gently for 3 minutes. 8. Reduce the heat to low and stir in the Parmesan cheese. Remove from direct heat and gradually add the mozzarella, stirring until melted into a smooth cheese sauce. 9. Add the cooked fettuccine and toss until the pasta is coated. Stir in a little reserved pasta water if the sauce becomes too thick. 10. Arrange the cheesy Parmesan fettuccine on dinner plates and place the garlic butter beef tips generously over the noodles. 11. Spoon the remaining garlic butter from the steak over the beef and finish with chopped parsley. Cooking Time: 35–40 minutes | Servings: 6 | Calories: Approximately 730 per serving
