@courtspritzer: Who I am today and who I was when I first started are completely different people. I mean that in the best possible way. When I was first building everything was new. Every challenge felt enormous. Every mistake felt like proof that maybe I was not cut out for this. I had a lot of sleepless nights in those early days and I carried the weight of every problem like it was permanent. What I know now that I did not know then is that none of it was. Every hard season passed. Every obstacle I thought might break me ended up building me. Slowly over time I started to trust that. I have a lot more experience now and with that experience comes a completely different response to challenges. I know how to roll with the punches. I know that the hard moments are temporary. And I know that the other side of every difficult season always has something valuable waiting in it. The world is genuinely full of opportunities. In business and in life you can create almost anything you want if you are willing to keep going when it gets hard and stay open to what is possible even when you cannot see it clearly yet. I am so grateful for every mistake I made in the early days. Every sleepless night. Every moment I thought I was failing. All of it made me the founder I am today and I would not trade any of it. If you are in the early days right now and it feels hard, overwhelming or uncertain I want you to know that is completely normal. Keep going. The version of you that comes out on the other side of this is going to be someone you are really proud of. #founder #entrepreneur #women #founderadvice #womenownedbusiness
