Girl, I live in Wichita and when I say it's the only thing being talked about in this city, it's an understatement! We have Donald Trump speaking today even that is less important than any news to come out about what happened on that soccer field. Mind you it's the same location of the infamous Carr brother murders several years ago. The soccer field already had a dark past now it's even darker.

My theory is, she fell asleep. One of the kids put the car in gear started taking off and she woke up to that and instead of hitting the brakes hit the gas. By the time she was able to hit the brakes unfortunate things happened. It would also explain why there was a sunvisor in the car window as well. Most likely it will be ruled vehicular homicide or involuntary manslaughter.

They can only hold you for so long without charges. They are just making sure they cover their bases with the charges. I think her situation is truly tragic accident. But we won’t know until they have more information

I've had to explain this so many times today, people just don't get it. like you said they can't hold her in prison with out any charges, they are still trying to figure out what to charge her with. Just because she doesn't have charges now doesn't mean she won't have charges soon.

Do you not understand how the legal system works? It says no charges AT THIS TIME. You literally read exactly why she’s not arrested yet. Also you flat out lied and said he wasn’t charged with anything and then 20 seconds later say he was charged with battery

from what I saw she is claiming that she had one of those sunshades covering the dash and was idling with the car on and then the car lurched forward and she had no clue she was about to hit the people until it was too late. but I have so many questions and wonder if more was going on

Here’s what I’m struggling with.. it was a 2021 Chevy trail boss pick up truck. The shifter is behind the wheel. The car auto shuts off after being idle for a while. How did the car run long enough for her to be in that deep sleep but still be on? And to leave the car running while having a small child play behind the steering wheel? That’s crazy.

So from a policy perspective, I understand why they wait until they’ve completed their investigation to arrest. Lots of deaths occur because of natural causes and it can take months for an autopsy to process, even though the body has already been buried for various tests. When it comes to something like this, it is usually in the best interest of the suspect to have them go home and make arrangements to prepare, for whatever comes after the investigation. the bottom line is they let white people off with a bond or just release them for heinous crimes that's how America operates. a black or brown woman would have never been released. end of story. that's been America then and now. God save us from these white devils. including the judges. 🖕🏼💩🐩🐑☠️
