23 and 94 around that area needs to be 3-4 lanes no matter what and not flex lanes 🤦♀️traffic is absolutely insane and legit brake for no reason half the time!

I’ve heard that they keep trying to bid to put in 3 lanes by US23 & 94 but the citizens of Ann Arbor keep voting it down due to noise.

It’s not the infrastructure… it’s the people… constantly people getting on the freeway at 10-15 mph.. granted you have that curve, but the entry lane extends to the other side plenty room to get up to speed and the never do, same with the Jackson rd entrance

Fun fact. a 2 cycle 2 hp blower puts out more emmisons in 1 hour than 10 cars. Mainly because cars have exhaust systens that are regulated. wheresas 2 cycles are not.

whats funny, is somehow Ann Arbor is blocking the widening of M14 to 94 and saying they need more public transportation as if its not a main highway for the rest of the state.

Born and raised in Ann Arbor, don’t live there now but was there recently. The infrastructure is trash. But from what I’ve heard, they’re tryna make it as annoying as possible so people use bikes instead of cars. For example, I learned they’re tryna turn Washtenaw into two lanes (it’s already crazy) and kinda “force” people to use bikes in the city. So dumb.

oooohhhh bbrrootthhherrrr. Ive worked in Ann Arbor for almost 6 years now bro, the little stretch between exits 176 and 177 are always this bad and youre there for maybe 10 minutes. Crying about bike lanes solves nothing
