If he doesn’t understand the pathophysiology fine - it isn’t his wheelhouse - BUT did he know the guy didn’t sleep for over a day and a half. Why that was advised is beyond me- did he actually also have a concussion? - but a lay person certainly understands how lack of sleep impacts reaction time - why let him play based on that alone?
