I have male friends that this is the top health thing they worry about. When it breaks loose from your calf it can hit your heart or lungs. It is serious. Being very healthy probably kept him with us. When they found mine , it was get in that wheelchair and don’t move. Then IV blood thinners

Hell, my OB/GYN was concerned about me flying on a 20 hour flight because I was on birth control. He never should have flown and he never should have played, not to mention they made him stay awake for 36 hours before the game which could have led to even more injuries. They are fortunate he is alive. Blood clots now in his lungs. They all should be fired and licenses checked.

He needs to be on blood thinners for 3-6 months possibly longer - he can’t play while on blood thinner . The sleep thing is bizarre !!
