garlic cheese pull-apart bread 🧀 Soft, cheesy, and packed with garlic butter goodness. Perfect with a bowl of soup or your favorite spreads! Ingredients: For the dough: Warm milk – 200 ml Egg – 1 pc Butter, melted – 75 g Flour – 400–425 g Sugar – 15 g Salt – 1 tsp Instant dry yeast – 7 g For the filling: Butter, softened – 85 g Your favorite cheese, grated – 180 g Fresh parsley, chopped – a handful Salt – ½ tsp Garlic – 3 cloves Instructions: 1. Add the yeast to the warm milk with 1 tsp of sugar and a little flour from the total amount. Mix and let sit in a warm place for 10 minutes, until foamy. 2. Add the remaining sugar, salt, egg, and melted butter. Mix well, then gradually add the flour. Knead until you have a soft, smooth dough. You may need a little extra flour, but try not to add too much to keep the bread light and fluffy. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1–1.5 hours, or until doubled in size. 3. Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Mix the softened butter with the minced garlic, chopped parsley, and salt until well combined. 4. Once the dough has risen, roll it out into a large rectangle. Spread the garlic butter evenly over the surface, then sprinkle with the grated cheese. 5. Cut the dough into 12 equal pieces, stack them together, and arrange them in a rectangular baking dish, placing them close together without pressing them too tightly against each other. Cover and let rise in a warm place for another 20–30 minutes. 6. Bake at 180°C / 350°F for about 35 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through. 7. Brush with a little melted butter before serving. Enjoyy! #EasyRecipes #baking #bread #fallrecipes
