@catholicshort: PRAY FOR THE SOUL OF REV. FR. PATRICIO ALFREDO SANCHEZ MOLINARI WHO DIEE DURING HOLY MASS AFTER CHURCH CROSS FALLS ON HIM 💔😭 Rev. Fr. Patricio Alfredo Sánchez Molinari reportedly died after a heavy wooden cross detached from the wall behind the altar and fell on him while he was celebrating Mass at Perpetuo Socorro Church in Guayaquil, Ecuador. The horrifying incident reportedly happened about 27 minutes into the live broadcast, turning a moment of worship into an unimaginable tragedy. The Archdiocese of Guayaquil later confirmed his death, leaving the Catholic faithful mourning a priest who died literally while standing at the altar serving God. But this tragedy raises a painful question: if we knew the exact moment and place of our death, would we live differently today? None of us knows the day, the hour, or the circumstances of our last breath—so perhaps the real warning in this tragedy is not about how he died, but about how we are living now. May God grant Rev. Fr. Patricio Alfredo Sánchez Molinari eternal rest, and may his tragic passing remind us that every Mass, every prayer, every act of love and every moment we have may be more precious than we realize. 🙏💔 #Catholic #catholicchurch #christianity #faithoverfear #faithingod
