My college psychology professor is a psychologist and she diagnosed me with ADHD and autism after being in her class for about 3 months. And then when I was about to cry, she was like "Oh I thought you knew?" Um, no. She did recommend a good therapist though to help me deal with that life changing information.

My therapist, whom I’ve been seeing for 5 years now, referred me to one psychiatrist who accused me of “looking” and my therapist wanted to fight him. She demanded that she and I saw his supervisor. I was diagnosed with ADHD, Anxiety, CPTSD, and autism 🤣. My therapist took it so personally and I was the one accused!
