Yep! I taught my daughter to always stand up for herself, and she stands 10 TOES DOWN and she only 6. It warms my mom’s heart because she was that woman who never let her voice be heard. I never understood why so many women say they don’t want daughters bc girls have attitudes etc. My question was always..why tf would you want your daughter to be docile and weak in a patriarchy that given the chance would eat her alive? I was raised to be „good girl” and it made me only suffer, never learned to be assertive and strong and less afraid to be myself. I just learn these things now in my 30’ but it feels like lost case because I was conditioned to be „good” and no matter what I try to do I feel so guilty to be bad but I let my daughter be „bad girl” so she’s better than me 🥹
