Wow, I just walked through the door and decided to check TikTok, and this was the first thing that popped up on my feed. It’s crazy how quickly time flies. ❤️I remember when my 26-year-old son was younger, getting ready for the basketball tournaments I used to coach. I also remember the days when he and I would go shoot hoops at the park or right in front of the house. It honestly feels like it was just yesterday. Now, things are so different. The house is quiet, and these days, it’s just me and my dog in this big, empty house. Sometimes, it’s hard to believe how quickly the years have gone by. I’m proud of the man my son has become, but I definitely miss those days when he was younger and we spent so much time together. Now, I’m just looking forward to the day when I get to fill this house with grandkids, hear little feet running around, and create some new memories. I guess that’s the beautiful thing about life: every chapter brings something different, and I’m looking forward to what the next one has in store. ❤️🙏
