I hate working fire jobs, so much soot on everything, I instantly double the hourly. I had to rewire a federal building that burnt down because they thought it would be better to run #10 solid through emt instead of #12 thhn stranded. So many nicks from pulling unforgiving wire through metal pipes with connectors screwed too tight, pipes not reamed properly and the entry and exit without bushings to prevent scraping. A recipe for shorting, then they used StabLok panel which fail to trip.
