Femodene is good for skin and cycles and you can also take how you do now with 3 months on take your week off then go again. Naturally your skin will break out after taking hormones it’s rare that it doesn’t

desogestrel pill (mini pill) is a really good option, stops periods overall, sometimes spottings, but had no side effects, no bad skin or anything, and has worked for me for the past 3 years almost, i love it, give it a look and see what other people say, but i’ve had nothing but positives from it xx

Yasmin helped my skin so so so much because it’s high oestrogen and I had no problems with it. However I had to get the mirena coil for other reasons so had no choice other than to come off the pill but jt made my skin a bit worse. But my skin still isn’t anywhere near as bad as it was when I was on nothing at all xx

Coil is the best contraceptive I’ve ever been on, the transition from pill to coil for me was fine, hormones went a bit crazy but only for a few days. I didn’t break out at all

I’m on the depo injection! It’s completely stopped my periods so might help with the tonsillitis and it hasn’t changed my skin at all I don’t suffer with acne but it hasn’t made anything worse for me in that department so it could help xx

I had the copper coil and loved it just first period is a lot more painful and heavy but after that it gets better and I felt so much better when my body wasn’t filled with all the hormones off the pill

I went from the pill to the coil and had no side effects. The coil was good. it completely stopped my periods I was on the kyleena coil. I have never suffered from acne with it. And my emotions stayed somewhat normal.

I was on the none hormonal coil for a few months and my periods were extremely painful and it was also so painful after I had it put in for days. I was moody because of the amount of pain I was constantly in. I’m now on Yasmin and it’s cleared my skin and my periods are only a little painful and I have no other symptoms I’m not even moody on it at all, finally feel like my normal self :) xx

I’m on logynon for years and it’s the best pill I’ve tried, it’s phasic so mimics your natural hormones better and therefore tolerated better x

i changed from the pill which i was on for 3 years to the mirena coil for suspected endometriosis about a month ago and although it’s only been a short amount of time i haven’t had any problems, my pain still hasn’t gone away but i haven’t had any new problems !! x

I’m on the Noriday pill. Had no issues at all with any acne or mood swings. It still makes me have a period unfortunately. Apart from that it’s honestly been great. I think I’ve been on it for about 2 years now x
