well unfortunately part of the problem is that you have a title IX investigation which the school did do. from people I have heard who have reported on this, they apparently did a thorough job of it. by that I mean they did a thorough job by way of what a title IX investigation ought to be. I'm not a lawyer that's their opinion. you'd have to be able to prove that they were negligent in light of the regulations that exist and I don't know that you can do that.
