Pharmacy tech here! One time I had a nurse call and say that a very expensive inhaler wasn’t in the pt bin. I go up she asks with all this attitude “do you have my inhaler?” I say hold on let me just check “I already checked” okay just gimme a sec. I check the pt bin. The very expensive inhaler is right there. In front. I go up to her “so the inhaler is in the pt bin” “well you must have just put it there” I can’t sometimes.
