OK washing the chicken is not a belief. Some people just wash their chicken. It’s not even a cultural thing. There are white people who watch chicken so but anyway recipe look like it’s good with washed chicken or not.

Looks good. I let my cutlets sit in a container in the fridge after I bread them for a few hours or overnight. It just tastes better after it sits in the garlic, Romano and seasoned bread crumbs.
