Try Tut’s kabab in glendora (not affiliated with Tut’s cuisine) They have great kofta kababs and all their sides are fresh… about the pita unfortunately most restaurants will have the thin pitas not the “baladi pita” it’s more affordable and easier to use for wraps and it doesn’t go bad as fast as the baladi bread so most mediterranean businesses prefer the thin one.
