@beyblade_mfb_fan: Phantom Orion B:D is a Stamina-Type Beyblade from Beyblade: Metal Fury, released by Takara Tomy as BB-118 in September 2011. It belongs to the Metal Fight 4D System and is associated with Chris, one of the Legendary Bladers. Its exceptional endurance and unique Bearing Drive Bottom made it one of the most recognizable Beyblades of the entire Metal Saga. The Orion 4D Clear Wheel features a constellation-inspired design, while the Phantom 4D Metal Wheel weighs approximately 44.5 grams and consists of a Metal Frame and Core. By removing and flipping the frame, Phantom can switch between Stamina Mode and Attack Mode. Stamina Mode has a smoother outer surface that reduces unnecessary recoil, making it the preferred configuration for endurance-focused battles. Its defining component is B:D (Bearing Drive). Inside the tip, a metal shaft and ball bearings reduce friction, allowing the Beyblade to maintain rotation for unusually long periods. Depending on the bearing’s condition, launch technique, and stadium, Phantom Orion can achieve several minutes of spin time. This makes B:D its most distinctive feature and one of the most famous stamina mechanisms in Metal Fight. Despite its impressive endurance, Phantom Orion is not unbeatable. Its relatively tall construction and limited resistance to powerful impacts leave it vulnerable to aggressive Attack-Type Beyblades that can knock it off balance or out of the stadium. Its stock combination focuses on surviving through stamina rather than delivering strong counterattacks, so its success depends heavily on withstanding the opponent’s initial hits. Overall, Phantom Orion B:D is one of the most iconic Stamina Beyblades of the Metal Fight 4D era. Its heavy Phantom wheel and bearing-based tip make it a specialist in long battles, while its mode-changing gimmick adds versatility. Although competitive combinations have evolved, Phantom Orion remains memorable for its engineering, endurance, and distinctive design.
