@christine_queally: UNION LOCKOUT: The latest contract extension between the Bayway oil refinery in Linden and Teamsters union local 877 expired at 4pm Monday. Almost 400 employees are currently locked out of the facility, many of them outside picketing in favor of different sick leave policies and a larger share of the company's profits for employees. Bayway told News 12 "The company is disappointed by this development as its preference was to avoid this situation. Phillips 66 plans to maintain safe operations at the Bayway Refinery and Linden Terminal with properly trained and qualified personnel to meet all customer requirements.”
