A lot of Dr's are against HRT. I stopped seeing my Dr because she refused to give it to me. My skin was dried. Everything was dry. It was horrible. Im on month 3. Slow progress too

I so wish I could be put on an HRT but I can’t because I had a mild stroke and they’re telling if I go on a HRT that it could be possible for another stroke. ☹️

I was on the estrogen patch for two weeks and gain 10 pounds. So I stopped that I only take the progesterone at night.
