Thank you for talking so openly about stopping breastfeeding and reminding people that fed is best 🥹❤️I’m almost 4 months postpartum and have been triple feeding this whole time, and honestly, it’s been so mentally exhausting. Although I haven’t had mastitis, latching has been such a struggle, and I’ve put so much pressure on myself to keep going because the guilt of switching to formula full-time is overwhelming. I think sometimes we get so caught up in wanting to breastfeed that we forget our mental health matters too. Hearing you talk about your experience makes me feel less alone, and I really needed that reminder that choosing formula doesn’t make me any less of a mum❤️

Real and refreshing to hear I have a planned cesarean for January with my second pregnancy as first was quite scary having pre-eclampsia , my daughter is 3 now and I’ve been thinking how am I going to juggle them both but hearing this has eased my mind a bit xx
