Meet Pinky! Pinky is one of seven little dogs who were dumped at a known dumping site in Southeast Dallas and left to fend for themselves. We have no idea exactly how long these poor babies were out there, but according to neighbors, they believe it could have been almost a year. Just seven little dogs, surviving on their own, trying to find food, shelter, and somehow stay alive. Thankfully, we have some of the most incredible friends of the rescue who refused to give up on these babies. Over the course of the last four weeks, they have worked tirelessly to get them all to safety, and I am SO happy to say that all seven are now officially off the streets and safe with us! Pinky has quickly become the fan favorite of the group, and it is SO easy to see why! This little girl is an absolute doll. She is about a year and a half old, fully grown at just 15 pounds, and quite possibly one of the sweetest little dogs you will ever meet! Since moving into her foster home, Pinky has absolutely blossomed! She LOVES people, loves to cuddle, loves to play, and is happiest when she’s following her person around the house. She is such an affectionate, happy little girl, and it’s hard to believe that just a few weeks ago she was out on the streets trying to survive. Pinky is also wonderful with other dogs, kids, and even cats! She loves playing with her doggy friends and would make such an incredible addition to just about any family. Thanks to her amazing foster, Pinky is now potty trained, crate trained, fully vetted, spayed, and officially ready to find a family of her very own! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this little girl. She’s adorable, she’s sweet as can be, and she has SO much love to give. After everything she’s been through, she deserves a life where the only thing she has to worry about is whose lap she’s going to curl up in next! Whoever gets to call this tiny little princess their own is going to be one incredibly lucky family!
