Not at a salon, but I hung up on a customer because she was interrupting me, not letting me speak, calling me names and swearing at me. She called back and my coworker took the call. She threatened to pull me across the counter by my hair and beat me so bad I would need to be hospitalized. Safe to say she got banned from shopping at the company

I work at a call center, this is every single call I get 8 hrs a day, they never give me the info I asked for and are just mean to me for trying to help, I didnt create the rules im just here to try and help, go yell at management

When I was a nurse tech, once at 7:30am (right at the start of shift) I answered a call light and as soon as I opened the door, patient began screaming and cussing at me. I just said, “oh, no thank you sir.” And shut the door. Call light immediately went back on, I opened it, he screamed and cussed, so I closed it. Light back on, opened the door to silence. I said “are we ready to speak like adults now?” He was grumpy, but polite from then on. (By the way, he wanted water. He was NPO for surgery 🫠)

I work at an eye doctor and the amount of men that can't seem to tell me the information of the person they are scheduling the appointment for is annoyingly astounding! yesterday I got all the way through the setting appointment questions and never ONCE did he mention it was for his daughter. gave me all HIS info then at the end says "do you see kids that are 6?" I said yeah do you need to make another appointment? no that appointment is for her. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Damn !! I have worked at a salon before for about 2 years and I never understand what the heck is wrong with those people!! So weird , and they are SO dumb ! no matter how much i explain they don’t get it , it’s an everyday patience test I swear so exhausting
