Girl, I need to be able to leave you a audio message in the comments cause I could ramble as ADHD girly, but anyways, so I’ve been in this new discovery that I hate however I had all my kitchen cabinets organized and now I feel that whoever I was six months ago was obviously insane because why are my cabinets like that lol and now I have anxiety because I feel pressure every day to redo the cabinet, but I don’t have the mustard to do it lol

I 100% no I have ADHD and I’m 47 almost 48. Back in the 80s of therapist did a test on me and diagnosed me mildly mentally our word. I struggled in school, but went onto graduate in the top 30% of my class.
