I’m a retired stay at home dad. Staying home is the easiest job I have ever had. All day educating my kids, cooking, cleaning, shopping, it’s so great.

I’ve done both. SAHM is the easiest job ever. Loved being home with kids, cooking, cleaning, laundry, grocery shopping and still had lots of time for playground, sport activities, parks etc. with my children. Working moms have it waaaaaay harder.

I work 10-12 hours a day, come home and cook, play with the kids, help my partner in anyway I can. It’s 50/50. If you are a mom or dad (because it’s not only a female that goes through this) if your partner refuses to give you bare minimum you need to leave.

As a stay at home mom myself I fixed it. It isn’t just work. They have the mental load of ALL financial responsibility. That’s a lot to take on for one person. So while a mom struggles with house work just remember he struggles with the stress of all the bills. Unless the mom financially helps!

Let’s break down “work” now shall we? 🤣 I’d die to be a stay at home mom. To me happiness is being able to provide within the home. Cooking good meals ensuring my man has clean clothes my kids are well raised all sounds like heaven to me!
