The job market is horrible sis omg, I’ve been unemployed for a year. Actively applying with 18 years of experience in healthcare 10 of those years In project management. I literally have jobs offer me 50k-60k a year for jobs that’s should pay min 100k! It’s starting to feel like a humiliation ritual. No one should have to put in 100s of application only to receive rejections 😩

It's true. I work in leadership. A LOT of positions are posted because it's the only way to move someone that already works for the company in the role. Especially since a lot of companies are using Workday.

Your application can’t even get pass the AI to get to a HR person. They hire inside or who they know you right it’s listed because they have to post it.

ghost jobs is real! saw a job posting at my dad's job, I actually applied, the next he spoke with HR and they told him that shouldn't have ever been posting because their not hiring for that position until maybe next year😳🙄🤦🏾♀️

I feel like a lot of these jobs that uses AI to screen your application is collecting your data and flagging it in the system when they see that you are applying to all these different other jobs such and a lot jobs that use workday, they just came under fire by discriminating candidates
