I think it’s crazy that fender took so long to “defend” its strat design, but it’s also crazy that other builders can’t come up with their own design as well. I’m mean even the headstock is exactly the same. You couldn’t have even changed that up a little bit?

Fender had already tried to do this in the US, lost, went to Europe and sued, defendant didn't show up so they won the court case. Now they're bringing that decision to the US and trying to shut down other manufacturers production. 😡
