My old landlord GENUINELY told me not to contact him 😂 I was 6 months pregnant and a heavy radiator that wasn’t fitted to the wall properly fell on me and knocked me over and when I contacted him he said “stop contacting me” 💀

mine lived in cali, i was in tx..her place got RATS bc she had HOLES in the property..she sent me LAVENDER from the cali fields..said rats are scared of lavender lmao..they ran through it. she gave me 3 days to move out with a legal notice on the door, bc i refused to fix her house, even tho i GENEROUSLY offered to pay for extermination. i got a different knob with a diff lock on each, took all keys, and locked every door. she then sent summons to HER PROPERTY KNOWING i had vacated, and won a default judgement against me when i didnt show.

My landlord's wife flooded their floor and it ruined the ceiling in my kitchen. They need to replace the insulation and ceiling tiles. We have moldy insulation hanging above us and our food. This happened last year. They keep saying they'll fix it... eventually. 🙄😤
