Firstly take that off your phone and start living your life. Or at least get it in to your mind they ain’t coming back. Honestly from personal experience leave it be. Unless they paper prove they’ve done the work to change, they haven’t. They don’t change. Three years I was in this and it almost destroyed me as I never know about avoidancy and attachment styles, Ghosted since May with no explanation. Cowardice on his part. But his loss, his loneliness. His never living a life being loved. Not the same for me. I’m recovering from his damage and I still have an open heart that I’ll share again. More guardedly.
