hey girl! I dealt with a similar thing, I sued them for "false advertisement" as well I used the "at-will" Employment laws. which means they legally can not fire you for not working in a position you were not hired for. especially if you expressed and said no to working the retail. it took me a year and a half but I won my case, and with all the evidence you have I say go get they asses
