For me, it’s a matter of do you wanna keep the car numbers matching? If the block and lower are still good regardless you’re gonna put a fresh motor in there might as well rebuilt that one. If you wanna make it easy and get you used for 40 and throw in there but for me, I’d rather rebuild the original and keep numbers matching, especially on a roadrunner.
