freezing or cooking certain fruits and foods can kill, or suspend the certain chemicals that make people allergic to them. i'm allergic to raw citrus fruits, especially pineapple, it causes me to break out in hives and swell, however if I cook or freeze it, the effect is no longer there.

Ingredients: - 3 large ripe mangoes - Greek yogurt Instructions: 1. Peel the mangoes and cut each one in half. 2. Place half a mango between two sheets of parchment paper. Use the flat bottom of a bowl to press it into a thin, flat layer. 3. Repeat with the remaining mangoes to make 6 flattened mango sheets. 4. Stack the mango sheets with the parchment paper in between and freeze until solid. 5. Remove the parchment paper and spread a layer of Greek yogurt over one frozen mango sheet. 6. Place another mango sheet on top and spread with more yogurt. Repeat until you’ve created a mango layer cake! 7. Slice and enjoy immediately! 🥭❄️

the reason that happens is because mango skin naturally makes a similar oil compound as poison ivy(^_^;)

Oh this sounds like what I have ! It’s called oral allergy syndrome. It’s too complicated to write here but microwaving or freezing the stuff you have a reaction to usually makes it go away!
