Washing rice is worth it if you have the time/will to do it. Absolutely not a hill worth dying on but in my experience rinsing until the water is relatively clear, paired with letting it cool on a sheet tray after, have proved to make much less starchy rice. Worth trying. Or don’t. It’s just rice lol.
