Yaaaassssss!! Yes! And Yes!!! I’ve had to join support groups on Fb. I’m now really giving more attention and support to those that are trying to build their platform meanwhile we follow each other and feel like we’re friends. I think I’m more vulnerable and open to feelings and opinions than with blood relatives. Even now I’m currently on the list for one national support group. It’s sad that we for the most part give love, support, and overall good vibes to strangers than those we knew or know.

I used to give so much for relationships that I’d neglect my needs. After my divorce and working on myself the realization that many people are using people for time fillers and not true friends. Be happy and healthy alone and go where you’re invited and when you invite others and they repeatedly don’t show up shouldn’t bother you. So many things are going on in everyone’s lives. Work, rest repeat all week. Not to mention family matters, home, vehicle maintenance. Keep doing you and don’t worry, just remember to take a breather for you when you need it.

One of the best people I’ve ever connected with, I never got to meet in person. Sadly she was very sick and passed shortly after I had my son. She vicariously lived through me and loved him so so much. Her elderly mom knew about me and my son, for years until contact stopped (I think her mon passed, but don’t have a contact to ask) I sent cards and pictures and she would tell me how happy Eva would have been and how happy she was to have us in her life.
