@debrahpitrat: Dry ramen: yes or no? 🍜 I finally tried Kajiken in Desert Ridge, and here’s my honest take: the flavor was good and I’m glad I tried it, but I missed the broth. A lot. 😅 I’m a tonkotsu girlie through and through. (Hold the pork belly, please. Whoever I’m with gets it. 😂) I might go back to give it another shot, but I’m officially a soup girl. Your turn!
