The Crown is seeking a four-year prison sentence. A July sentencing appearance was postponed after Naylor experienced a drug-related medical emergency in courthouse holding cells and was rushed to Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre. His sentencing was delayed following several procedural interruptions.
