Excellent advice. I couldn’t agree more, especially when it comes to men in our culture. Many put off medical checkups and only seek care when things become serious. Women often have opportunities for screening during pregnancy and childbirth, which can help detect some problems early. Men may miss those opportunities if they aren’t getting regular checkups.
