Dwayne Noel is a speaker and creator whose talks often focus on personal responsibility, discipline, self-respect, and becoming comfortable with the person you are. In this clip, he challenges the idea that we can change the people around us and instead points toward the responsibility we have over our own choices, character, and direction. Trying to change another person can become an endless source of frustration because their decisions ultimately belong to them. Your own life is different. You have the ability—and responsibility—to examine your choices, make difficult decisions, accept sacrifices, and become someone you can genuinely respect when you're alone with yourself. You don't have full control over the people around you. You do have a responsibility for the person you choose to become. Follow @theinnerdirection.co for psychology, growth, and perspectives that help you find your inner direction. #DwayneNoel #SelfResponsibility #PersonalGrowth #SelfImprovement #Discipline
