👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼Yaaasssss! My hubby bought a 3 bedroom house with basement..... our 3 kids and us sleep together in the living room cuz the house so damn big it COLD AF! 🥶 So everything else is roommates 💯

We have tiny house community here in the valley and they 600 a month or 800 depend on if you want the one bedroom yes, I will be looking at one soon, fabricated homes right out the box

I remember hearing about Sears having build your own house. I know a couple of people who basically rent a room and share the rest of the apt for $1k+. Tiny Houses seem like a good solution to me.
