I didn’t even know there was a difference. I’m just sitting over here with a bulkiest thing ever on my counter that I refuse to put under the counter. Is the non-volt lift one a new thing, and dang it, I just ordered the wooden bowl of a Temu to put in the wrong one, so that’s $50 on the drain

My tilt head came with two bowls, I got a hook, beater and whisk. I also have a 7 quart glass bowl. My kitchen aid is 25 years old and works great.

lol but can you add flour to the bowl and turn it on at LOW speed and NOT end up wearing all the flour???? I have always had a kitchen aid mixer. And I always end up COVERED in flour. 😒

I burned up my old tilt head, I bought a new one that has the ball drop. Having used both I can tell you that the tilt head is better than the Boulder. The main reason is that when you drop the ball blade or mixer is still partially in the batter.. when I had the tilt head, you could get the blade completely out of the batter. With a ball drop model I have to store or add things around, trying to avoid the blade.. it’s a pain in the butt

I have both but I have a tendency to use the tilt head model more than my bowl lift. Don’t ask me why!🤷🏾♀️
