People asking why you care is crazy to me... it's your literal JOB as their mom to be concerned about their wellbeing. That goes for physically and emotionally. It can be overwhelming for kids to have new people in their lives! She seems great but it would be weird if you didn't care🤣

All I can say is I am a step mom who entered a uncomfortable situation. We are closer than my husband is with his ex and no complaints. Not best friends, but able to easily communicate. It is so much easier to be that way than have any grudges or issues. All for our 7 year old.
