As someone on Disability, no, we do not get enough, no where near enough. I would still remind people we have never received a rise in our rates under any government except the NDP. Mind you, with Green party support in the Leg. Please vote smart. We need to beat the Cons. some of us will be able to vote as our ethics demand, but some of us must vote to reduce harm. I will vote, as I always have, to beat the con in my riding. I will make that decision voting day after checking exit polling. PLEASE VOTE. Please do it to protect vulnerable people.

As a mom with an autistic child, I am worried so many families with autistic children are going to vote against NDP because the changes they are making to autism funding. But there is no chance, in my mind, the conservatives are going to care more about autistic children or persons with disabilities.

I’m not ready for my pocket to be emptied anymore by the conservative grocery stores. Main grocery stores are owned by conservative owners. If they really wanted to help Canada, they would’ve helped with the groceries but conservatives are for profit out of your pocket point blank argue that one.

I’ve never been this torn. On the one side, I can’t behind the hard right population of the current conservative party and what they stand for. I think there are some good policy ideas but I have no confidence in any of it happening if they elect another lunatic leader like the last 2. Voting based on an interim leader who can’t become the permanent one is crazy. On the other, the dismantling of the autism funding unit is a monumental disaster (and growing worse by the day) and that is a huge personal issue for me that I’m not sure I can get passed. The cons say they will reverse it, but what baggage does that come with? There are other issues but none of them are relevant for me beyond these two. In my opinion what is badly needed is a new centrist liberal party that’s actually viable.
