@run.this.life: YOU GUYZZZZ!!!!! I have made some very big changes to my life this year. Yep. Scary. It was terrifying to shake up my entire life, as someone who spent SO MANY YEARS getting to where I was, finally in a routine, training for my big dumb races, a routine, habits, comfort, stability… The year of big scary changes is getting close to an end and finally, 10 months into it. I feel like I’m finding my groove again!!! you will see a 3 mile run on a treadmill, I see a run that I promised myself all day, I run that I had my clothes laid out for and waiting for me when I got home from work tonight.… I run that I did not talk myself out of or make excuses to avoid, and in fact a run that I looked forward to all day as I went through my shift! ##runtok##runner##Running##ultrarunner##nurselife
